Since 2010, Conliffe & Hickey Insurance has helped individuals, families, and businesses find reliable coverage tailored to their needs. What began as a small local agency has grown into a trusted resource for clients seeking clear guidance and dependable protection.
As an independent agency, we work closely with each client to understand their situation and help them compare coverage options with confidence. Our goal remains simple: provide honest advice, responsive service, and insurance solutions that truly fit.
Our Team
Kevin Hickey
Agent/Owner
Kevin was born and raised in Louisville and earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Louisville. He began his health insurance career with Humana in 1988 before joining Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kentucky in 1991, where he helped expand operations across several regional markets.
After retiring from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield in 2007, Kevin launched his own independent insurance agency, where he continues today as a senior partner helping individuals, families, and businesses find the right coverage.
Outside of work, he’s a longtime University of Louisville Cardinals fan who enjoys soccer, thoroughbred horse racing, and the occasional game of poker.
Mark Mucci
Agent/Owner
Mark is the newest partner at Conliffe and Hickey Insurance Company, taking over for Chris Conliffe who retired in 2024.
Mark is a Louisville native who graduated from St. X and Bellarmine University. He is a husband, a father, and an active member of our community through his service on local boards and involvement with G.L.I. and the Highlands Commerce Guild. He’s a Green Bay Packers fan and loves attending Lou City games.
